Falling somewhere between computer science and pure logic, the program emphasizes programming skill and an understanding of the logic and limits of computing. My thesis work involved the development of an algorithm for DARPA to identify the command structure of social networks based on communication logs. Patent pending. And I wrote a Book Chapter on the topic.
